The Cooper Standard

One of the advantages of working out at Cooper Fitness Center is the expertise and ongoing medical guidance from our Cooper Clinic preventive medicine physicians. This pandemic has required our very high standards to be taken to an even higher level of safeguard. After all, your health and wellness is our primary concern.

Health and Safety Guidelines (updated 08.14.2021)

  • Main entrance is the only available entry into and exit from the building for all members and employees
  • Members and guests are asked to wear a face mask inside Cooper Fitness Center; our teammates continue to wear masks

    • Inside Cedars Woodfire Grill while eating or drinking
    • Cardio equipment while exercising
    • High intensity exercise studios (SGT, Cycle and Aerobics studios)
    • Outdoors while exercising
  • Wash or disinfect your hands upon entering CFC and after any interaction with other people and equipment—hand sanitizer dispensers are located throughout the facility
  • Cardio and weight equipment allows for physical distancing
  • Wipe down equipment before and after use (in addition to cleaning provided by Cooper Fitness Center team)
  • Physical distancing is encouraged in all areas of the facility
  • Registration is required for group exercise classes, swim lanes, tennis courts and Cooperized Kidz childcare—register on our new CFC Member App or Portal
