Pilates Trainer

To personalize each session, Lis learns her clients' strengths and weakness/tendencies and strives to achieve their goals through form, strength, flexibility and function, while having fun in the effort. Joseph Pilates wrote that Pilates “is the complete coordination of body, mind and spirit,” and Lis is passionate about supporting this goal for her clients. She constantly inquires and plays with what the body is capable of achieving. While she respects gravity and chronological age, she is not interested in being beaten by either.
