With more than 100 exercise classes per week—including indoor cycling, yoga, mat Pilates, barre, boot camp, cardio dance and more—you are sure to find at least one that fits your needs. Mix up your workout routine. Challenge yourself. Have fun.

Studio Occupancy
During our initial phase of reopening, the group exercise studios are limited to the following capacities (includes the instructor):

  • Aerobics Studio – 16
  • Mind Body Studio – 9
  • Cycle Studio – 8
  • Private Pilates Studio – 5
  • CFC Pool (water classes) – 20

Class Registration
All members must pre-register to attend a class. Registration opens 24 hours prior to the start of each class. There are three ways to register:

  • CFC Member App
  • Online
  • Calling or visiting the Service Desk

Heart Rate Training
Tone in the zone with Myzone® heart rate technology available in the Aerobics and Cycle Studios. Receive maximum cardiovascular benefit from your exercise by training in the appropriate heart rate zones and view your calories and effort real-time with Myzone. Myzone heart rate monitors are available for purchase at The Coop.

Tuesdays

  • Reps & Sets Boot Camp with Dresha | 5:30-6:15 p.m.

Wednesdays

  • Tabata with Amanda | 6:30-7 a.m.
  • Core & Recovery with Amanda | 7-7:30 a.m.
  • Reps & Sets Boot Camp with Dresha | 5:30-6:15 p.m.

Thursdays

  • HIIT the Barre with Lisa | 7:15-7:45 a.m.
  • Core & Recovery with Kameron | 5:30-6 p.m.

Fridays

  • Sunrise Power Yoga with Lisa | 7:15-7:45 a.m.
  • HIIT the Lawn with Marianna | 10:15-11 a.m.

Saturdays

  • Core & Recovery with Kameron | 9-9:30 a.m.

OUTDOOR CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Core & Recovery: Hard core. This class incorporates core strengthening exercises targeting your abdominals, obliques and lower back followed by recovery-focused stretching to restore and repair muscles to avoid injury or overuse.

Greatest HIITs: HIIT it! Start the week with various high-intensity moves in this interval format using bodyweight, medicine balls and kettlebells.

HIIT the Barre: Cardio-barre fusion. Combining cardio with traditional barre conditioning, get ready to lunge, plie and sweat leaving you energized all day!

HIIT the Lawn: Incorporating plyometrics, conditioning and strength training drills, this heart-pumping workout will earn you MEPs before your day of rest and recovery.

Reps & Sets Boot Camp: Take on the challenge to become stronger and more fit. This high-energy, full-body workout improves dynamic flexibility, core stability, muscular strength/endurance and cardiovascular conditioning.

Sunrise Power Yoga | Sunset Power Yoga: Let it go! Relieve stress through a continuous flow of yoga poses with active stretching added in. You work your back, abs, glutes, legs and arms—burning calories to sculpt your entire body.

Tabata: Maximum results, minimal time! In this tabata-style HIIT workout you complete multiple circuits of exercises, alternating between exercising at maximum effort for 20 seconds and resting for 10 seconds. It's a fast-paced and effective 30-minute workout.
