GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
With more than 100 exercise classes per week—including indoor cycling, yoga, mat Pilates, barre, boot camp, cardio dance and more—you are sure to find at least one that fits your needs. Mix up your workout routine. Challenge yourself. Have fun.
Online Group Class Schedule
During our initial phase of reopening, the group exercise studios are limited to the following capacities (includes the instructor):
- Aerobics Studio – 16
- Mind Body Studio – 9
- Cycle Studio – 8
- Private Pilates Studio – 5
- CFC Pool (water classes) – 20
All members must pre-register to attend a class. Registration opens 24 hours prior to the start of each class. There are three ways to register:

- Calling or visiting the Service Desk
Heart Rate Training
Tone in the zone with Myzone® heart rate technology available in the Aerobics and Cycle Studios. Receive maximum cardiovascular benefit from your exercise by training in the appropriate heart rate zones and view your calories and effort real-time with Myzone. Myzone heart rate monitors are available for purchase at The Coop.
COOPER AEROBICS ON DEMAND VIRTUAL CLASSES
With more than 600 on-demand virtual classes ranging from Mind Body to HIIT to Cycle, Cooper Aerobics On Demand is your complete resource for at-home workouts. The classes are led by world-class instructors and available 24/7 on your phone, tablet, PC or smart display.
