Youth Triathlon Training + Race
Ages 8-13


Keep your kids active with three sports in one—triathlon training. The five-week program focuses on:

  • Improving swimming, biking and running techniques
  • Goal setting
  • Race preparation

Coached by Swim Pro Bobby Manning

No race experience required. Must be able to swim 50 yards unassisted. Individual sessions available upon request.

Saturdays, March 23-April 20
1-2:30 p.m.

RACE DAY, APRIL 20
1 p.m.

  • 200-yard swim
  • 6-mile stationary bike ride on pool deck
  • 1-mile run

Adults may participant in the triathlon as an individual or part of a relay team. Learn more.
