Join us for Cooper's cooking classes specifically for kids! Your child will prepare delicious, nutritious foods while learning healthy cooking skills. Each class features different recipes—from kid-friendly entrees to snacks and desserts. The classes are held inside Cedars Woodfire Grill at Cooper Fitness Center.

Let's Brunch
Your kids will flip for a nutritious breakfast. They'll learn how to make whole wheat waffles and perfect an omelet.
