Teens and young adults, ages 13-24, can join Cooper Fitness Center Dallas and have full access to the equipment, group exercise classes, two pools and more. Parents are not required to be members. Read more about membership or contact the Membership Office to join—972.560.6302 or email.
Cooperized Kidz Childcare
Cooper Fitness Center members and Cooper Spa customers may use the on-site childcare service. In the Cooperized Kidz indoor and outdoor areas, children ages 2 months to 12 years can “Play with a Purpose” for up to three hours a day. Reservations are required and there is a nominal fee.

To encourage families to be active together, Cooper Fitness Center offers a complimentary Kids Pass for members' children ages 12 and under.
Under direct parental supervision, the Kids Pass allows members' children to use the following facilities during Children's Hours:
- South Lawn
- Outdoor track
- Tennis courts
- Cooper Fitness Center and Cooper Hotel pools
(The facilities are available unless a program or lesson is underway. Cardio and weight equipment and group exercise classes are prohibited by persons 12 years and younger. Locker room usage is restricted to the Family Locker Room.)
Monday-Friday 1-4:30 p.m.
Saturday 8:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m.
Sunday 11 a.m.-7 p.m.

"My grandson Teddy is now comfortable and confident in the water thanks to just a couple weeks of swim lessons with Coach Christian. A couple of years ago, Teddy attended an infant swim survival training course which led to his intense fear of the water. At Cooper Fitness Center, Teddy found the perfect swim coach in Christian, who bonded quickly with him and made him feel safe in the water. Coach Christian built Teddy’s trust in the pool, and Teddy learned how to swim across the pool in just a few weeks. He is now excited to learn how to dive!"

We have done several different camps the past few summers, and this one has felt the best to me in terms of the "tightness" around the campers. I love how you check them in, and the counselors do a fabulous job of engaging with the kids. We will definitely be back in the future!

Cooper tennis camp is one of my favorite parts of the summer. The instructors were encouraging and made a point to not only help us become better players, but also to become our friends. The games we played were fun and improved our forehands, backhands and serves. They really helped us focus and develop the skills we needed to work on. While they were fun, my favorite part of camp was at the end of the day. During the last 15–20 minutes of camp we used the skills we had learned that afternoon in either doubles or singles matches. I really enjoyed being able to test my abilities against my friends and not feel any pressure. Overall, I loved tennis camp and know that I have become a better tennis player because of it.

Ava had the best summer thanks to the Cooper Youth Camps! She was so excited to go every day. She became much more comfortable with soccer, tennis and other team sports. "Thank you Cooper Youth Staff for providing a wonderful, educational and safe environment to teach new sport skills to our sons Lucas and Nicholas. Our boys have attended your summer camps every summer for eight years. We've enjoyed swimming, tennis, basketball, nutrition courses, soccer, sports skills and simple outdoor fun. Meredith and Heather are fantastic with all the campers. They're masters at arranging all our schedules, checking in on campers and providing innovative ways to help kids enjoy sports and fitness. “My son attended two basketball clinics this summer at the Cooper Fitness Center in Dallas. I was overwhelmed one morning when I sat off to the side to review some emails and kept looking over to watch my 5 year old making baskets at the regular height basketball net. Not only was he making baskets, but all of the little cuties were making baskets. Coach did a great job with these kiddos - it’s hard to get their attention and focus at age 5. I was really impressed by the different drills Coach had them do. After learning drills, Coach would put together a timed obstacle course. I have to be honest, when the first child started the obstacle course, I thought to myself, “these kids cannot do this, they are too young, they won’t remember what to do”. Well boy was I wrong!!! They all did great. It was wonderful to see their little brains working going to each station and doing each drill. Coach interacted with the kids in a way that was very positive and motivating. Each child got a basketball to take home to continue practice and the drills they learned in the clinic. They received a certificate so they could feel proud of their accomplishments that week. T-shirts and a medal were also handed out. They were all on cloud 9! My son still has his medal hanging on his bedroom doorknob - he likes to show and tell people what he did to receive it. It was such a positive clinic for these kiddos. We will definitely be signing up for more of these type clinics. Thank you so much!!”
