To reserve your space in a Cooper Wellness Program, a deposit is required for each person enrolling.

Four-Day Program: $1,000 deposit

13-Day Program: $2,000 deposit |
The balance is due and payable on the first day of the program. The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Other Payment Information
Cooper Guest Lodge
Separate payment for Cooper Guest Lodge accommodations is due upon check in.
Cooper Clinic
Cooper Clinic bills for any medical testing. The Clinic prefers payment after testing is completed on the day of your exam, but you can also choose to be billed in two to four weeks.

Cancellation Policy |
| Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is received at least 16 days prior to scheduled program date. If you cancel at least three days prior to the start date up to 15 days prior, your full deposit may be applied to a program rescheduled within one year; half of the deposit is forfeited if cancellation is within three days of the program. No refunds are given for early departure. |
