Twelve Steps for Life

Since 1968 Dr. Cooper has stressed that "It is far easier, and less expensive, to maintain good health, than it is to regain it once it's lost."

We hope the following tips can help you live a long and healthy life to the fullest.

Dr. Cooper's 12 Steps for Life:

S - stop illegal drugs & limit alcohol consumption
T - terminate smoking & tobacco products
E - exercise atleast 30 minutes atleast 3 times per week
P - pursue & maintain ideal body weight
S - supplement - calcium, antioxidants, vitamin C & E, beta carotene, folic acid

F - fasten your seatbelts
O - obtain good pre-natal health care
R - regularly have medical check-ups & perform self-exams

L - limit animal fats, cholesterol & sodium in your diet
I - immunize pre-schoolers & senior citizens
F - forbid excessive sun exposure
E - eat more fresh fruits & vegetables and high-fiber foods
