Summer Camps

Youth Fit Camp
Ages 6-12
Fun, fitness, and friendship…that’s the Cooper summer camp experience. Through games and activities, campers learn the importance of good health and nutrition while also making new friends. Activities include swimming, teambuilding and recreational games, weekly fitness and nutrition talks, indoor rock climbing, fitness classes, and much more.

Each day campers should bring a bag with their swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and water bottle. Box lunches will be provided for all Full Day campers and lunch forms will be filled out on the first day of camp. Campers will receive a camp T-shirt while supplies last. (Your child must be at least 6 years old as of Sept. 1, 2010.)

Program Times
Each camp session will meet for one week: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Half days are also available: 9 a.m.-noon or 1-4 p.m.

Cooper FIT KIDS  Half Day, $120/week • Full Day, $180/week
Cooper Kids Club Members  Half Day, $125/week • Full Day, $185/week
Non-Cooper Kids Club Members  Half Day, $135/week • Full Day, $195/week

Extended Care Hours
We offer extended care hours on a first-come, first-serve basis, 7:30-9 a.m. and 4-5:30 p.m. $25 per week for one; $50 per week for both. (Youth Fit Campers only)


Fit Fives Camp
Age 5

This pint-sized camp is packed with fun activities that teach teamwork and introduce simple fitness exercises to stay healthy. Campers participate in games, sports, arts and crafts, teambuilding, and more. Each session will feature a different theme and activities. Campers will receive a camp T-shirt while supplies last. (Your child must be 5 years old as of Sept. 1, 2010.)

Program Times
Each camp session will meet for one week: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-noon.

No extended care is available for Fit Fives Camp. Campers must be picked up by noon.

Ages 4-15

Whether your kids want to try a new sport or improve their skills in a sport they already enjoy, Cooper Fitness Center’s Sports Camps offer training for all skill levels. Our highly-regarded and experienced Sports Pros know how to get the most out of your kids and also boost their confidence. Campers will receive a camp T-shirt while supplies last. (Your child must meet the age requirement of each camp as of Sept. 1, 2010.)
