Basketball Fundamentals
Ages 5-12

Coach Coleman Crawford’s Better Hoops Program will enhance your children’s basketball skills in a progressive, yet fun, way. Passing, dribbling, shooting, and general knowledge of the game are emphasized.

Dates June 14-18 • June 21-25

Ages 5-7, 9-10 a.m.
Ages 8-12, 10 a.m.-noon

Tennis
Ages 7-12

  • Level I – beginners
  • Level II – any student who has taken Level I or already has basic skills 


Frank Valerio’s Tennis Camp focuses on developing stroke and serving techniques and teaches campers how to use the strokes in play. A Speed Ball program helps improve campers’ skills. A racket can be provided if needed.

Level II  June 21-25

Triathlon
Ages 7-14

Diane Proud’s Triathlon Camp teaches the fundamental skills of swimming, cycling, and running, and instills the confidence to finish a triathlon. No prior triathlon experience is necessary.

Campers must have swim goggles, a bicycle and helmet, and running shoes. They should also be comfortable in water and able to swim one length of the pool.

Dates June 7-11 • June 14-18

Self Defense
Ages 8-12


Instructed by Mike Proctor, Self Defense Camp gives children the skills necessary to properly protect themselves and avoid unsafe situations. Your child will learn punches, kicks, blocks, evasive techniques, and non-physical aspects of self defense and discipline. Special uniforms are not required.

Dates  August 9-13

Program Times  One week, Monday-Friday, 1-3 p.m.

Kickboxing
Ages 11-14


Instructed by Mike Proctor, campers learn kicking, punching, rolling, and blocking in this introductory class. Kickboxing Camp also helps campers increase their confidence and teaches them when to use restraint.

Run Box
Ages 11-14


This skill-based camp combines the power and agility of boxing, coached by Derrick James, with the stamina and coordination of running, coached by Diane Proud. Campers are introduced to basic boxing techniques and perform sprinting and endurance running drills. Run Box Camp helps campers increase their confidence and self esteem.
