Management and Review
Successful employee benefits and wellness programs require skilled management of the various providers and constituents involved in service delivery. We monitor the efficacy of our programs and those of our vendors through the following efforts.
- Semi-Annual Claims Review
We review the claims, health care trends, and group demographic changes to better monitor the group profile, forecast renewal increases, and monitor the efficacy of the wellness program. We present the results and evidence-based forecasts to ensure successful renewals, insurance carrier negotiations, and competitive market pricing.
- Provider Services Levels
Claims administration and customer service vary from provider to provider in any given year. We are in tune with market changes and work with our clients to monitor service levels and improve them where necessary. We provide onsite support for member education and enrollment meetings and are available to assist Human Resources, Payroll, or Finance to support the management of the benefits and employee wellness programs.
- Flexible Programming
One of the key strengths of the Cooper Benefits wellness program is flexibility. Should our Semi-Annual Claims Review show dramatic changes in the risk makeup of the group, changes in the wellness program are also made to increase the program’s return on investment. When our clients’ health needs and wants change, our wellness team is ready to change at a moments notice – whether it is simply adding a program or changing the programming focus.
