Camps
Kids can have a fun and fit summer at Cooper Fitness Center at Craig Ranch. Campers enjoy a variety of sports and games while learning the importance of good health and nutrition. Cooper camps instill a positive attitude about health and fitness, develop a child's motor skills and social interaction, and emphasize teamwork and fun.
Youth Camps
Cooper Fitness Center camps are an excellent way for your children and teens ages 4 to 16 to enjoy their summer vacation. As a bonus, they also learn about the importance of good health and nutrition while having fun playing games, experiencing a variety of sports and making new friends.
Age-specific camps are offered in the summer (June–August) and fall/winter.
Sport-specific camps also offered during the summer include:

Summer Camp 2011 Details
Cooper Swim Academy
Cooper Swim Academy teaches children ages 3-10 the fun and lifesaving sport of swimming. Taught in a controlled and nurturing environment, the classes focus on helping each child develop proper techniques and build confidence in the water.
Cooper Swim Academy offers beginner, intermediate, and advanced lessons. Two-week group lessons are held in the summer, and private lessons are also available.

Cooper Swim Team
Cooper Fitness Center at Craig Ranch's Youth Swim Team is an introduction to competitive swimming and open to ages 6-17. To help each swimmer build a solid foundation of swimming fundamentals, everything from stroke techniques and competition starts to dives, turns and swim meet experience are taught. And we have fun doing it.
The next season is May 23-July 18.
