We can’t escape getting older, but we can age gracefully and healthfully by staying active and fit. Through Cooper Fitness Center’s 55-plus program, Cooper Classics, you can make this true in your life.
Cooper Classics’ supervised exercise classes include strengthening and stretching classes and cardiovascular workouts designed appropriate to the fitness needs of older adults.
In addition to working out together, Cooper Classics get together for monthly luncheons, birthday celebrations, and excursions around the metroplex. Quarterly lectures focusing on health-related topics are also offered.
