GROUP EXERCISE SCHEDULE (PDF)
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Aqua Fitness Aquastride (May-October) - This water class is challenging for all levels. It consists of striding (water walking) the length of the pool using various patterns.
Hydro Gym (June-October) - In this interval class, various musical interludes are used to focus on strength and cardiovascular exercises.
Water Works (April-October) - A cool, refreshing aerobic workout minus the impact. Strength and flexibility work included. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
Fusion Beautiful, free-flowing dance combined with intervals of power stretch techniques. This class will boost aerobic capacity, flexibility, balance, and control. Appropriate for all. |

Indoor Cycling Taught on a specially-designed bike and set to music, the indoor cycling classes are a great non-impact workout for people of all fitness levels. |

Kick Box
A complete workout with punch. This class combines the excitement and energy of aerobics with boxing and martial arts techniques. |

Mature Adult Classes designed for adults 55 years and older. |
- Classics Pilates - Experience improvement in posture, increased strength, correct breathing techniques, and reduction in stress.
- Classics Plus - A fun and challenging cardio workout. Individualized attention is given through constant instructor interaction.
- Dance - A cardio dance variety including Cotton Eyed Joe, Freeze, Electric Slide, Cha Cha, and Salsa. When partners permit, we'll Jitterbug, Two-Step, Waltz, and more.
- Early Birds - It's time to gain strength and flexibility. Exercises in this class are designed for low-intensity work.

| Mind-Body Workouts |
- Pilates - Increase torso strength and stabilization through yoga-based mat exercises. Flexibility will also improve as you focus and breathe in this balanced regimen.
- Pi-Yo - Enhance your strength, muscular symmetry, alignment, flexibility, grace, and coordination with this blending of Pilates and yoga. Pi-Yo movements build strong muscles from the inside out.
- Tai Chi - A health promoting exercise in the Chinese tradition. The flowing, rhythmic movements enhance flexibility of the body and reduce stress.
- Yoga - Enjoy stress reduction, relaxation techniques, and flexible strength training.
Level 1 - little or no yoga experience; Level 2 - approximately six months yoga experience; Level 3 - studio significantly heated.

| Strength Training |
- Body Sculpt - Safely build strength and definition. Exercises are dependent on instructor's choice to utilize hand weights or exertubes.
- Core Flex - This non-traditional strength class addresses the integration of balance, posture, and stability using Resist-A-Balls, Reebok Core Boards, BOSU, and various hand weights.
- Core Matters - Want to improve posture and balance? This class builds strength and stamina in torso muscles that support the spine and pelvis.
- Free Motion - Build strength, stamina, and functional core stability using the Free Motion tower – a cable strength system. Great for all fitness levels.
- Strictly Strength - This group exercise resistance training class combines high-energy music and weight equipment for the hottest workout in fitness today.

| Traditional Aerobics |
- Aeromix - This is an intense class consisting of high and low impact aerobic moves. Get ready to push your cardiovascular limits.
- Step Reebok - Step aerobics provides high-intensity, low-impact cardiovascular training. Abdominals and/or muscle conditioning included in 60- and 75-minute formats.
- Total Body - Alternating step aerobics and resistance exercises gives an excellent all-around workout in record time. Class concludes with abdominal work.
