Cooper Clinic

Registered Mammography Technologist
Full time; M-F 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.; no call. The position requires experience with screening/diagnostic procedures including breast ultrasound and stereotactic biopsies, QA; and performing procedures with a GE Digital Senographe 2000D. Additional experience in diagnostic radiology and bone densitometry is a plus. Exceptional customer service skills with an emphasis on providing the best patient care experience is required. Licensure required: ARRT, R, M; Texas Department of Health-Medical Radiology Technology (MRT) licensure; current CPR license.

Billing Specialist
Full time; M-F 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Responsibilities include billing patients, filing insurance, assisting in the management of accounts receivable, and other related duties. Position requires a minimum of 1 year previous medical office experience – dermatology office experience highly preferred – providing outstanding customer service and performing billing and insurance functions, and knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding.

Administrative Assistant
Full time. Provides support to the marketing department through administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills to carry out the functions of the department. Screens incoming calls; coordinates daily schedules, meetings, and agendas; prepares correspondence, reports, and other documents for corporate clients; orders supplies; and maintains files as necessary. Requirements: minimum 5+ years office experience, high level of proficiency using Microsoft office products, social intelligence, exceptional communication and customer service skills, detail-oriented, professional demeanor.

Personal Trainer
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in exercise science or related field; current personal training certification: NASM, ACSM, NSCA, Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Athlete Performance (other certifications may be submitted for approval); and 2+ years of experience of working with a variety of populations including adults (college-age to seniors), children, and teens.
Service Desk Associate
Part time; Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 1 to 5 p.m. Responsibilities include providing exemplary customer service to fitness center members and guests when checking them in and out, and operating point-of-sales computer for member purchases. Requirements include high school diploma, basic computer skills, and at least one year of customer service experience.

Part-time Room Attendant
Full-time Inspector

Responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas, polishing brass, folding linens, vacuuming, and maintaining cleanliness standards set by the hotel. Two years of previous hotel experience is preferred (2 years housekeeping experience required for inspector position).
Assistant Cook
Hours based on business demand and could include afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Assistant cook needed for moderate volume kitchen that services two dining outlets and banquets for meetings and social groups. Duties include development of new, healthy menu items and supervision of the operation in the Chef’s absence. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of progressive kitchen experience, possess a positive attitude, be dependable and responsible, and maintain accountability at all times. The candidate should possess sharp communication and intermediate computer skills. Nutrition experience is highly desired, and bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus.
Front Desk Agents
Full time; typically 30+ hours per week. Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including afternoons/evenings and weekends. Duties include answering multi-line telephones, taking reservations, checking guests in/out, and serving as concierge to satisfy guests' needs. Candidates must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Boutique retail experience a great match. Must have a professional appearance, demeanor, and phone voice, as well as a positive attitude. Excellent opportunity for students (can accommodate class schedules to a certain degree). Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Counter Attendant
Full time; afternoons with some flexibility. Duties include preparing sandwiches and smoothies, working the cash register, and general cleanup. Excellent customer service skills required, food handling experience preferred. Bilingual a plus and must have a positive outlook and professional appearance. Will train.

Human Resources Manager (Generalist)
This position provides overall human resources (HR) responsibility for exempt and non-exempt staff in a small nonprofit research and education organization. Incumbent will focus efforts in benefits administration; salary and wage administration; policies, procedures, and reporting compliance; performance management support; internal and external talent selection and orientation; and HR project implementation. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required; master's preferred. PHR required, SPHR preferred. Five to seven years HR experience required.
Lab Research Assistant
Full time. Experienced candidate needed to draw, process, bank/store, and catalog blood samples from research study participants for analysis or other medical research purposes and assist with research studies. This position works under the supervision of the Clinical Site Director. Must be able to prick finger and draw blood. Will be responsible for patient recruitment and scheduling, verification and recording of patient information, and must be able to effectively assemble medical equipment associated with specific test and procedures. Position requires ability to use prescribed methods to perform specific and limited activities involved in one or more research studies such as RMR, vital signs, chart assembly, and data quality checks. Other duties assigned by Director as needed. Two-year degree with 6 months work related experience and CPR certification required. Research Recruitment Coordinator – Oak Cliff Center
Part time. This position is responsible for the recruitment of appropriate study participants into clinical research trials protocols. Responsible for management of recruitment core and community contacts databases for all studies, negotiation of advertising contracts ensuring costs remain within budget guidelines, management of queries in efforts to compile participant data and reports, and other duties relating to recruitment. This will require the coordination and tracking of media advertising, maintaining the patient database, phone screening, community outreach, travel to North Dallas site to participate in meetings, and other recruitment activities as assigned. Bachelor's degree in marketing with 3 to 5 years related professional experience required. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Access database. Bilingual, a plus. Data Manager
Full time. We are seeking an experienced data manager with 5+ years experience in clinical data management within a clinical research setting. The data manager will represent Data Management on project teams and client meetings and will assist statistician with design of data collection forms, design and validate databases, write data preparation plans, perform SAE reconciliation, provide database lock per appropriate timeline, and provide direction for Data Entry Technicians and students. Master's degree in science or health-related field with minimum of 5 years experience. Strong knowledge and experience with at least one clinical data management systems, experience with SQL, SAS, S-Plus, Stata, and/or SPSS programming and knowledge of programming logic and codes preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Please note: Position is grant-funded and is contingent upon available funding.
