Patty Kirk specializes in weight management and cardiovascular nutrition and wellness. To help children and families eat healthier, she developed a nutrition education program called Cooper Healthy Habits for Kids, and works one-on-one with children and their parents. Patty has co-written numerous Cooper Clinic nutrition brochures and co-authored two cookbooks, What's Cooking at the Cooper Clinic and More of What's Cooking at the Cooper Clinic. She also gives nutrition seminars for community and corporate groups on and off of campus. Patty earned her B.S. in dietetics and institutional management from Kansas State University and interned with The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas.
