Dr. Ho is a staff cardiologist. He graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a bachelor's degree in biology, and received his master's in molecular biology from Yale University. In 1997, Dr. Ho earned his medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, and moved to Dallas for his internal medicine internship and residency at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He performed his fellowship in cardiovascular diseases at the Texas Heart Institute at St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital in Houston. Dr. Ho has received multiple certifications: Diplomate, American Board of Internal Medicine; Diplomate, Subspecialty of Cardiovascular Diseases, American Board of Internal Medicine; Certificate of Added Qualification, National Board of Echocardiography; Certificate of Added Qualification, Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology; and Certificate of Added Qualification, Special Competency in Cardiac Pacing and Cardioversion/Defibrillation. His areas of special medical interest include nuclear cardiology, clinical cardiology research, coronary CT angiography, and echocardiography.
