Cindy Kleckner specializes in nutrition for weight management, cardiovascular health, sports performance, and wellness. She also provides culinary makeovers for clients including converting traditional recipe favorites into healthier versions and teaching clients how to cook healthier. Cindy earned a bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and completed a dietetic internship at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. She co-authored What's Cooking at the Cooper Clinic and contributed to Dr. Kenneth H. Cooper's Overcoming Hypertension, Preventing Osteoporosis, and The New Aerobics for Women. An energetic and motivational speaker, Cindy presents culinary demonstrations and nutrition programs at Cooper Fitness Center at Craig Ranch in McKinney, Texas. For corporate groups, she leads culinary teambuilding events and nutrition programs.
