Best Waldorf Salad |

Ingredients:
- 3 large Red Delicious or Granny Smith apples
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice (about half a lemon)
- 1 1/2 cups seedless grape halves
- 1 cup finely diced celery
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup finely chopped toasted walnuts or pecans
- 1/4 cup nonfat salad dressing (Miracle Whip) or reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup nonfat buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 ounce blue cheese
Directions:
- Peel apples; dice.
- Toss with lemon juice in a large bowl.
- Add grapes, celery, raisins, and walnuts.
- Combine salad dressing and remaining ingredients; stir into apple mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
