Pesto Sauce


Ingredients:

  • 4 cups fresh basil, rinsed and patted dry
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. Place basil leaves in bowl of food processor.
  2. Pour remaining ingredients on top and process until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Toss 1 tablespoon of sauce with 1 cup of your favorite cooked pasta.
