Baked Balsamic Onions |

Ingredients:
- 1 large onions, peeled
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon olive oil Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Place onion on piece of foil.
- Sprinkle with vinegar, oil, pepper and dash of salt.
- Bake in 350 degree oven until crispy, approximately 30 minutes.
