Baked Balsamic Onions


Ingredients:

  • 1 large onions, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Place onion on piece of foil.
  2. Sprinkle with vinegar, oil, pepper and dash of salt.
  3. Bake in 350 degree oven until crispy, approximately 30 minutes.
