Whole Wheat Banana Nut Bread |

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup egg substitute; or 4 egg whites 5 medium bananas (1 1/2 cup) mashed 2 cup wholewheat flour
- 1 tablespoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped Nonstick vegetable cooking spray
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream oil and sugar.
- Add egg substitute or egg whites; beat 3 to 5 times.
- Stir in bananas.
- Blend in Flour and baking powder.
- Stir in walnuts; pour into a 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake for 75 minutes.
Yields: 20 servings
