Stick to the Grocery List
Is one of your resolutions to shed a few pounds this new
year? Losing weight and keeping it off is partly related to
how good you are at planning. When possible, plan your meals
for the week ahead of time, make your shopping list, and stock
your pantry to ensure that you have all the right foods on
hand. When you go to the grocery store, try to buy only the
items on your shopping list. Avoid the grocery store when
you are hungry or overly tired to help prevent a trip down
the "temptation aisles" where you can get caught
buying items that are definitely not on your healthy food
list or your diet. Shop smart and plan ahead and you can accomplish
more than half the battle of successful weight loss.
