Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth with Baked Fruit
Recommendations call for 5 to 9 fruits and vegetables per
day. Wash, core and quarter 1 apple or pear. Sprinkle fruit
with 1 to 2 tablespoons orange juice and a dusting of cinnamon.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until soft. Enjoy with
a teaspoon of warm maple syrup. Serves 1.
