Six-Day Wellness Program—$2,895
  • Physical Fitness Assessment
    (or optional medical testing*)

    - Successful Lifestyle Change (Friday and Saturday)

    Four-Day Wellness Program—$2,295
    The four-day program presents the core principles of healthy living concisely and efficiently and is ideal for anyone whose schedule does not permit a longer stay. See bulleted items above and note these exceptions:
  • Friday and Saturday workshops are omitted
  • Only one personal training session is included.

    13-Day Wellness Program—$4,795
    The 13-day program provides an additional week of individualized wellness training and motivational support. Program includes:
  • All bulleted items listed in the six-day program
  • One or more consultations with a wellness counselor
  • Four personal training sessions
  • A second week to begin establishing healthy daily habits and concentrate on specific goals such as weight loss or stress management.
