March is National Nutrition Month, sponsored by the American Dietetic Association, and this year’s theme is "Nutrition from the Ground Up!" Eating right doesn’t have to be complicated. Cindy Kleckner, R.D., L.D., Cooper Clinic registered dietitian, will help you sift through the hype, myths, and misconceptions about nutrition. Once you understand the science, you can unlock the powerful and scientifically-proven concepts and apply them in your quest to maintain or improve personal health.
