The Cooper Institute – The Cooper Institute is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focusing on preventive medicine research and education. Founded first by Dr. Kenneth Cooper in June 1970, The Cooper Institute established scientific legitimacy to his work. Today, The Cooper Institute houses the Cooper Center Longitudinal Study database, the world’s largest database on exercise and health, provides certification courses for health and fitness professionals, conducts clinical trials, and leads the Our Kids’ Health initiative to help reverse childhood obesity.
Cooper Clinic – Founded in December 1970 by preventive medicine pioneer Dr. Cooper, Cooper Clinic was the first to offer treadmill stress testing in Dallas. Today, Cooper Clinic is world-renowned as the “gold standard” in comprehensive physical examinations, also offering breast health services, preventive and cosmetic dermatology, cardiology, imaging, gastroenterology and nutrition services. You can get a complete picture of your health and how to improve it in less than a day.

Cooper Concepts, Inc. – Cooper Concepts oversees the Cooper Complete® Nutritional Supplements from creation to distribution. Dr. Cooper has long believed in supplementation—something his father had instilled in him as a young boy. Recognizing a lack in research and proper oversight, Dr. Cooper set out to create his own line of multivitamins and supplements, which was introduced to consumers in 1998. Today, Cooper Complete is sold in retail outlets across the country and online.
Cooper Spa – Dr. Cooper has long advocated that stress management and relaxation are important to maintaining a well-balanced life. Cooper Spa opened in Dallas in 1998 and in McKinney in 2006, offering luxurious skin and body treatments for men and women. While both are located inside the Cooper Fitness Centers, Cooper Spas’ services and retail boutiques are open to the public seven days a week.
Cooper Weight Loss – Maintaining a health weight is key to maintaining good health. To help take the guesswork out of weight loss, Cooper Weight Loss was formed in 2006 to bring together weight loss experts, behavioral pshychologists, and registered dietitians to provide specialized programs based on an individual’s needs and goals. Whether it's 10 pounds to post-Bariatric surgery patients, we help people discover why they are gaining weight, how to lose it and how to keep it off.
Cooper Corporate Solutions - While several Cooper entities provided services to companies since the inception of Cooper Aerobics Center, it wasn’t until 1998 when corporate services were combined into one comprehensive offering. Today Cooper Corporate Solutions helps companies control health care costs by focusing on employee wellness at all levels to improve the overall health of the workforce. Services include an executive risk managment program, wellness consulting and programming, employee benefits consulting, and executive and employee wellness training.
