Black Bean and Corn Soup

What's better than a quick and heart-healthy meal? One that cooks all day in a slow cooker and ready to eat after a long day of work!

Ingredients

15 -ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed

14 ½-ounce can low-sodium Mexican stewed tomatoes, undrained

14 ½-ounce can low-sodium diced tomatoes, undrained

11- ounce can whole kernel corn, drained

4 green onions, sliced

1 small green pepper, sliced

4 ribs celery, diced

3 tbsp. chili powder

1 tsp. ground cumin

1 garlic clove, minced

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for five to six hours.
