Fiber Blast Creamsicle Smoothie

Start your day off with this delicious smoothie or have as a refreshing afternoon snack.

Ingredients

1 ripe medium banana
1 cup vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt
¼ cup fresh orange juice
¼ cup wheat germ
1 cup cracked ice
½ cup water 
1 cup sliced frozen or fresh peaches

Directions

Cut banana into chunks.
Put banana and yogurt in a blender with peaches, orange juice and wheat germ.
Add cracked ice.
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately in tall glass.

Yield: 2 servings
