Banana Bites

Parents and kids love the Banana Bites – easy to make, little mess, no fuss and makes snack time and party time one to remember.
Ingredients
1 (3.9 oz box) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
2 cups cold skim milk
3 large bananas
1/2 box Nilla Wafers
Directions
- Whisk pudding mix into cold milk in medium bowl for 2 minutes.
- Pour at once into sandwich size plastic Ziploc bag.
- Slice banana into 10 ½-inch slices.
- Crush 10 Nilla Wafers in separate plastic bag using rolling pin.
- Place one banana slice on top of vanilla wafer; squeeze a layer of pudding (approx 1 Tbsp) and sprinkle cookie crumbs on top.
- Enjoy!
Yield: approx 32 servings

1 vanilla wafer, 1 banana slice, 1 tbsp pudding
