Baked Balsamic Onions

Pair this side dish with your favorite roasted meat and watch how fast they disappear!

Ingredients:

1 large onions, peeled
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Place onion on piece of foil. Sprinkle with vinegar, oil, pepper and dash of salt.  Bake in 350 degree oven until crispy, approximately 30 minutes.
