Satisfy your sweet tooth with this quick and easy recipe!

Recommendations call for five to nine fruits and vegetables per day.

  1. Wash, core and quarter 1 apple or pear.
  2. Sprinkle fruit with 1 to 2 tablespoons orange juice and a dusting of cinnamon.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until soft.
  4. Enjoy with a teaspoon of warm maple syrup.
