Cranberry Fruit Dip

This refreshing fruit dip comes together in 5 minutes or less. Serve it with a variety of fresh fruit, such as apple slices, orange sections, melon spears, and pineapple chunks.

Ingredients
1/2 cup nonfat or low-fat vanilla, lemon, or peach yogurt
1/2 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

Cooking Instructions
In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients. Serve with fruit. This dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Yield: Serves 8 (2 tablespoons per serving)
