Camps

Kids can have a fun and fit summer at Cooper Fitness Center at Craig Ranch. Campers enjoy a variety of sports and games while learning the importance of good health and nutrition. Cooper camps instill a positive attitude about health and fitness, develop a child's motor skills and social interaction, and emphasize teamwork and fun. 

Youth Camps

Cooper Fitness Center camps are an excellent way for your children ages 5 to 12 to enjoy their summer vacation. As a bonus, they also learn about the importance of good health and nutrition while having fun playing games, experiencing a variety of sports and making new friends.

Age-specific camps are offered each summer (June – August).

Sport-specific camps also offered during the summer include:

  • Basketball
  • Tennis
  • Volleyball
  • Running/Sports Conditioning
  • Kickboxing/Martial Arts

Cooper Swim Academy

Cooper Swim Academy teaches children ages 3-12 the fun and lifesaving sport of swimming. Taught in a controlled and nurturing environment, the classes focus on helping each child develop proper techniques and build confidence in the water.

Cooper Swim Academy offers eight levels of instruction. Two-week group lessons are held in the summer, and private lessons are also available.
