Pilates

From group mat classes to private and small group sessions using Pilates apparatus, our certified Pilates instructors offer training to fit your needs and fitness goals. Through exercises focused on the core muscles that help provide balance to the body and support the spine, Pilates can:

  • Improve your strength, flexibility, and agility.
  • Increase your mind and body awareness.
  • Restore your postural alignment.

Private and Duo Sessions

To help you achieve your fitness goals, our certified Pilates trainers will customize a training program that incorporates exercises on the mat and Pilates apparatus (for example, reformer, cadillac, and wunda chair). Private and duo training is available in 55-minute sessions.

Pre-Natal Pilates

For moms-to-be, making healthy lifestyle choices is more important than ever. Pilates is recognized as one of the best exercise programs for the pregnant body. Not only does it improve postural alignment—thus alleviating back pain—but it will also assist during labor, delivery, and recovery.

The sessions focus on proper breathing, stretching, and strengthening the body, lengthening the spine, and strengthening the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. To provide specialized attention, pre-natal Pilates is offered in 55-minute private and duo sessions.
