Exercise Classes
With more than 70 exercise classes per week—including indoor cycling, yoga, step and strength training—you are sure to find at least one that fits your needs.


Pilates

Pilates exercises incorporate effective, controlled, and fluid movement—focused on strengthening the core muscles—to provide balance to the body and support the spine. Group mat classes, private and semi-private session using Pilates equipment, and pre-natal Pilates classes are offered. Learn more about our Pilates program.
 

Female Focus

Cooper Fitness Center also offers a group training program designed for women who want to prevent or help treat osteoporosis, cancer, fibromyalgia, pre and post menopause, diabetes, and heart disease. A weight loss program is also available. Learn more about Female Focus.


Wellness Coaching
Are you tired of starting an exercise program, only to fall off the bandwagon a few weeks later? Have you tried different exercise programs and diets with no success?

Carla Sottovia, Ph.D., senior personal trainer at Cooper Fitness Center and a licensed wellness coach, can provide the support and guidance you need to follow through with your goals.

Wellness coaching sessions include:

  • Setting short- and long-term goals
  • Identifying barriers/challenges
  • Developing strategies to overcome the challenges
  • Identifying support systems and resources to aid in success

Cooper Fitness Center's Wellness Coaching Package includes a one-hour initial consultation and five 30-minute follow-up sessions.
