Pre- and Post-Natal Program

New moms and moms-to-be, it's time to focus on you.

You know fitness, proper nutrition, and stress management can help you have a healthier pregnancy, an easier delivery, and a faster recovery. But knowing how to exercise safely and what foods provide the best nutrition for you and your baby can be challenging. Cooper Fitness Center's Female Focus pre- and post-natal program is here for you.

Pre- and Post-Natal Program Details

  • Six-week program
  • Assessment – includes baseline measurements and a functional assessment to identify the body's musculoskeletal imbalances and weak areas
  • Personalized physical activity program design and consultation with a professional fitness trainer
  • One-on-one nutrition consultation with a registered dietitian
  • 12 small group training sessions – two per week, Tuesday/Thursday afternoons; 60+ minutes each. The sessions focus on building each individual's core strength, flexibility, and areas of weakness.
  • Exercise program booklet
  • Six-week Cooper Fitness Center membership (includes full access to facility and group exercise classes)

Program Dates
Programs will begin March 2, March 23, and April 6. The sessions will be held Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.

April Swales, professional fitness trainer and mother of two, teaches the group training sessions.

Childcare is available.
