Small Group Training: Weight Loss
Beginner–Intermediate
Guiding you toward your weight loss goals, a Cooper Fitness Center Professional Fitness Trainer will provide step-by-step recommendations to improve your habits, nutrition and exercise routine. The training includes journaling your health and fitness habits, nutrition education and a safe, progressive exercise program to increase your metabolism. Maximum of 6 participants.

Session 7: Nov. 10-Dec. 17 (no classes the week of Thanksgiving)

Time: Mondays & Wednesdays, Noon-12:45 p.m.

Cost: Member, $280 ($35/class) | Non-Member, $360 ($45/class)
