Small Group Training: Teen TRX Hybrid
A full-body workout designed for ages 13-18, Teen TRX Hybrid incorporates the TRX Suspension Training system and other equipment including battle ropes, kettle bells, slide boards and stability balls. Maximum of 6 participants.
