SGT TRX Hybrid - Session 3

Small Group Training: TRX Hybrid
Incorporating the TRX Suspension Training system and other equipment including battle ropes, kettle bells, slide boards and stability balls, TRX Hybrid is an intense full-body workout. Maximum of 6 participants.

Time: Mondays & Wednesdays, 6-6:45 p.m.
