Group Exercise Classes

With more than 100 exercise classes per week—including indoor cycling, yoga, mat Pilates, barre, boot camp, cardio dance and more—you are sure to find at least one that fits your needs. Mix up your workout routine. Challenge yourself. Have fun.

CLASS REGISTRATION
To attend a group exercise class, registration is required. There are two ways to register:

  1. Member App (available for download on Apple App Store and Google Play)
  2. Online Member Portal

You may register up to 72 hours prior to the class start time; registration closes 15 minutes prior to the class beginning. If a class is full, you may join our wait list, and if a spot opens up for you to participate, you will be notified via text message.

Must be 13 years or older to participate in group exercise classes.

HEART RATE TRAINING
Tone in the zone with Myzone® heart rate technology available in the Aerobics and Cycle Studios. Receive maximum cardiovascular benefit from your exercise by training in the appropriate heart rate zones and view your calories and effort real-time with Myzone. Myzone heart rate monitors are available for purchase at The Coop.


Classics 55+ Classes

We can't escape getting older, but we can age gracefully and healthfully by staying active. Our Classics group exercise classes, designed for ages 55+, include individualized attention and constant instructor interaction. All classes are held in the Aerobics Studio; capacity: 20 max.

CLASSICS CLASS SCHEDULE

  • Mondays, 7:15 a.m. - Classics Pilates Mat with Jill Samaniego
  • Tuesdays, 7:00 a.m. - Classics Body Sculpt with Mary Ellen Elkhay
  • Wednesdays, 7:15 a.m. - Classics Pilates Mat with Jill Samaniego
  • Thursdays, 7:00 a.m. - Classics Body Sculpt with Mary Ellen Elkhay
  • Fridays, 7:15 a.m. - Classics Pilates Mat with Marilyn Levitt

Outdoor Classes

Maximize your workout in our outdoor HIIT classes. You'll burn calories, build lean muscle and strengthen your core...with lots of space to move around on our outdoor grounds.

*Class will be canceled if the temperature outside is 32 degrees or below or in the event of rain, snow or ice.
*Class participants will be notified via email of the cancellation only if they are registered for the class.


Location: All classes take place on the South Lawn

What to bring: Your own mat

OUTDOOR CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Boot Camp: Led by our Professional Fitness Trainers, this high-energy, full-body workout improves dynamic flexibility, core stability, muscular strength/endurance and cardiovascular conditioning.

Outdoor HIIT: This full-body interval workout mixes high-intensity cardio with strength-based exercises guaranteed to make you feel the burn and earn Myzone® Effort Points (MEPs)!
