Colleen Loveland, a registered and licensed dietitian and certified diabetes educator, has worked in the Cooper Clinic Nutrition Department since 2005. She specializes in diabetes education, cardiovascular wellness and prevention and weight management. Her experience includes working one-on-one with children and their parents in the Cooper Healthy Habits for Kids program. Colleen also teaches Principles of Nutrition for the Dallas County Community College District. She received a Bachelor of Science in nutrition and dietetics from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Master of Science in nutrition from the University of Central Oklahoma.
