Jennifer E. Engels, M.D.

Dr. Engels is a diagnostic radiologist at Cooper Clinic. She graduated from Emory University with a bachelor's degree in anthropology, and earned her medical degree in 1997 from The University of Texas Medical Branch (Galveston, Texas). Her medical training also includes an internal medicine internship at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, a diagnostic radiology residency at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (UTSW), and a women's imaging fellowship at UTSW. Since 2005, Dr. Engels has served as a clinical assistant professor at UTSW. She is certified by the American Board of Radiology. Her medical interests include preventive imaging, minimally invasive breast biopsies, and breast MRI.
