David E. Rogers, M.D., M.B.A., F.A.C.O.G.

Dr. Rogers is director of gynecologic services for Cooper Clinic. He earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry at Texas Tech University and received his medical degree from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 1977. Since completing his internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Methodist Dallas Medical Center in 1981, Dr. Rogers has worked in private practice. In 2007, he joined Cooper Clinic and also earned his M.B.A. from Texas Tech University.

Dr. Rogers is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has received advanced certification in hysteroscopic surgery by the Accreditation Council for Gynecologic Endoscopy. He has served as both Chief of OBG and Chief of Staff at HCA Medical Center of Plano. Dr. Rogers is past-president of the Southwestern Gynecologic Assembly in Dallas and is Chief of Staff at Baylor Medical Center at Frisco for 2007-2009. His areas of special interest include evaluation and management of menopause, gynecologic ultrasound, and reconstructive pelvic surgery.
