Primary duties include answering multi-line telephone, taking reservations, greeting and checking guests in/out, and helping with guests' requests. Full time; 40 hours per week. The Education Associate performs day-to-day customer service in The Cooper Institute’s education division. The individual must possess a desire to provide excellent customer service through both oral and written communications. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and the ability to work independently desired. The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent; or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Expertise with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn specialized software programs is required.

Research Associate

Full time; 40 hours per week. The Research Associate will support research activities at The Cooper Institute. The Research Associate will understand and apply research protocols and procedures. They will work under the direction of a principal investigator or program director or designee of the principal investigator or program director such as a Senior Research Associate or above. Associates are expected to use some creativity and latitude in performing research tasks. A bachelor’s degree and at least 2-5 years of relevant work-related experience required. A science research background is desirable. Exercise physiology background is a plus.

Full time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Highly motivated, enthusiastic and skilled LVN or RN with at least one year experience in plastic surgery or cosmetic dermatology. Candidate must possess exceptional communication skills and demonstrate professionalism with physicians, co-workers, and patients. Responsibilities include assisting physician with treatment of adult patients with dermatological-related diseases, comprehensive preventive medicine dermatology screenings, and surgical and cosmetic dermatology procedures. Other responsibilities include administering medications as indicated by physician; performing medical documentation; ordering labs and other tests; and supply ordering, inventory, and care of all equipment as needed. Current Texas licensure required.

Summer Camp Counselors

SEASONAL: June - August only. Full- and part-time positions available. Hours may vary. Must be enthusiastic, responsible, and professional, and require little guidance and supervision in planning and executing camp activities. Duties include maintaining contact with children at all times, planning and conducting camp activities, maintaining equipment, and updating parents regularly. Previous experience working with children ages 5-12 is required. Must be available June-August with a two-day training class the week of June 1.
